Julia is the owner and resident Pedorthist at On the Ball Orthotics. She has now opened a satellite location at Good Wellness. Julia has been a practicing Canadian Certified Pedorthist since 2014. She has worked at and operated clinics across Canada and has treated hundreds of satisfied customers and patients.

She has treated many patients with medical conditions that can cause foot issues such as diabetes, arthritis, post-polio syndrome, cerebral palsy, and more.

Julia is a former varsity track and field athlete with the University of Western Ontario. This combined with her personal interests in volleyball, soccer, hiking, running and waterskiing gives her a unique insight into the worlds of both competitive and recreational activities and the challenges that each present.

Mary completed an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture with honours at Georgian College in 2022. She is a member in Good Standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Mary is passionate about Acupuncture and believes it can benefit everyone.

Her goal as a practitioner is to help her patients find balance in body and mind by actively listening and creating a safe place, to ease physical and emotional pain. Her Acupuncture treatments are individualized to each patient and may include other modalities like Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Cupping and Auricular depending on the patient’s presenting symptoms.

Nicole has completed extensive education at the University of Toronto including her Master of Science in Physiotherapy, Master of Professional Kinesiology and Bachelor of Kinesiology. Prior to pursuing Physiotherapy, Nicole’s journey began in the fitness industry where she spent 8 years working in a number of settings. She worked with industry giants like Nike, earning recognition as one of Toronto’s top fitness trainers. She also gathered experience providing strength, conditioning and mobility training among a variety of populations including athletes, pre/post-natal, elders and the general population.

Driven by a desire to provide more comprehensive care, Nicole transitioned into a clinical setting, working as a Registered Kinesiologist. This experience solidified her passion for rehabilitation and propelled her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. Today, Nicole strives to combine her extensive knowledge of movement with her genuine care for people. At the core of Nicole’s practice is a person-centered approach. Haley completed her undergraduate degree at Laurentian University in Health and Physical Education in 2013 and then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Ulster University in 2018.

Haley began her physiotherapy career working in Belfast, Ireland where she had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including orthopaedics, respiratory, spinal injury, rehabilitation and musculoskeletal. Working as a Physiotherapist in Ireland allowed Haley to develop a comprehensive set of skills to assist clients to achieve wellness.

Originally from Sudbury, Haley has recently relocated to the Barrie area to continue her professional development in Physiotherapy. Throughout her life, Haley has always been an avid sports and physical activity enthusiast participating in a variety of sports and recreational activities. Haley’s passion for physical activity led to her interest in physical wellness where she hopes to help client’s achieve their optimal physical capacity.
